Opened a one-page PDF from web site. Page opened OK but when I tried to
print the page it came out completely black-inked out, with heavy black ink
concentration on where a couple of small color pics should have been.
Printed out OK after I used Photoshop to change PDF to JPG. Other PDF on my
PC print normally. XPH and Acrobat 7.

This is the PDF

Thanks for any input.

Thanks for a prompt feedback, Alan. No other printer. Indeed this might be a
printer (HP PSC750) problem. I can also try re-installing Acrobat7.

No real idea, as it printed OK for me.
I use this instead of Adobe.
PDF Reader-Foxit: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php

I had quite a lot of trouble with Foxit when I tried it a few months
ago. As I remember, it took over file associations without
permission. And I know that it didn't work with the New Yorker
cartoon CDs.
Try that in case the problem is with Acrobat.

It's not -- I just now printed the page just fine in Acrobat 6.0. My
printer is a Brother HL-5150.

I suspect it's something in the OP's printer settings.

Try saving the file to disk, instead of printing directly from a web
browser. Then open with Acrobat Reader (not full Acrobat) and print it. I
used version 7.07 of the reader and that worked on XP home with an HP 960c
inkjet printer.

No problems here printed out fine on HP LaserJet 1500L from XPHome.
