Print2file in XP

Why can´t I print to file i Windows XP?
In win98 you had a Generic / Text Only printerdriver.
It seems to me that i do not have this in XP?
How can I print to file with XP ?
 
I've Windows XP Pro and the Generic/Text printer driver
is under the "General" manufacturer (I'm italian and I've
translated the manufacturer's name from italian).
