Print View

I've been reading messages about print view v. normal view, but can't
tell if the question was answered. I have several documents (all
generated from one original document) that I printed on the same
printer. Half of them printed normal size on the page and the other
half printed out in a smaller scale. In Print View the half that
printed in a smaller scale, also looked smaller. Two of my co-workers
have the same Word program, took the same document and printed it out
in normal size on the same printer. I have compared settings with both
documents that printed out differently and I can't find anything that
looks different. HELP! What am I missing?

That doesn't sound like a problem with the view you're using, since view
usually doesn't have an effect on print layout. Without seeing the document
or knowing what version of Word you're using, it's hard to tell, but it
sounds like you might be using "balloons" in your tracked changes. On the
computer that prints it small, go to Tools - Options, and click on the Track
Changes tab. In the section on Balloons, make sure that the Use Balloons
field is set to "Never."

I hope this works.
