print username in footer

I need to know who prints confidential worksheets and leaves them laying
around.

Use this event in the Thisworkbook module

Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean)
Dim wkSht As Worksheet
For Each wkSht In ThisWorkbook.Worksheets
wkSht.PageSetup.RightFooter = "Print by: " & Environ("Username") _
& " on " & Format(Now, "mm-dd-yy hh:mm:ss")
Next wkSht
End Sub
 
If I was printing confidential reports, I would make sure I disabled Macros
before opening the workbook.

But maybe Floyd's people are not aware of that feature.
