Create a Standard Footer

Is there a way to create a footer in Excel 2007 that will automatically be
included in any new spreadsheet? For example, for every spreadsheet I create
I would like to see the following footers:

Left footer:
File Name
Tab Name

Center footer:
"Confidential and Proprietary Information"

Right Footer:
Page # of #

You could create a workbook template named book.xlt (or book.xltx or book.xltm)
and store it in your XLStart
folder.

Change the header/footer/anything you want and each new workbook created when
you click on that new icon (put it in the QAT) will inherit these settings.
