Print to file, no prompt for name?

Dean

Hi,

When using the Print to file option Windows 2000 it always
prompts me for a file name when I print to a file. Is it
possible to always print to the same file name so that I
don't get a prompt everytime?

Any help appreciated.
Thx.

Dean,

Go to your print properties and select the ports tab, add a new Local port
and enter the file name as the port name. Every time you print it will write
directly to that file.

If you want a more flexible solution for naming files we have a product at
www.frogmorecs.com which lets you make up the name dynamically.
