print styles dialog box

Something changed within Outlook 2002 when I print emails. I am now
presented with the Print Styles dialog box instead of options for the print
driver itself. I used to be able to File, Print when an email was open and
select some options for printing. I am now presented with the Print Styles
dialog box. What happened?

If you open the message and change its format to HTML, you'll have the
options again.
