All of a sudden our print spooler on our server keeps stopping so we restart
it and then it will stop right away we have to keep starting it because it
does not want to stay started MOST OF THE TIME but then sometimes it will
stay started and work for a couple ours and then stop again.Nothing has been
changed on the server like there has been no reconfiguring of anything. could
someone tell me what to do why it keeps stopping and a lot of times when we
starting it the spooler will stop right away? Thank you very much

Check Event Viewer for errors.

i have got a lot of these in the event viewer

"The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 25
time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No
action. "
The source type is service control manager

and another one is source type application popup and it says
"Application popup: spoolsv.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x77fcb3ad" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be
"written".

Click on OK to terminate the program "

we did find one thing that says reinstall service pack so i tryied and it
did not install.

When you view the logged events in Event Viewer in the upper right corner,
third button down is a copy to clipboard, then you can paste in the body of
a reply message.

Please do so for each of these different 'System Log' events (since last
restart) so we can see all of the event detail.
