Print Spooler - 816972

So the Print Spooler keeps stopping and I'm not sure why.
Occasionaly I get an error when it try's to print and
tells me to restart the service. Unfortnatley it does this
half a dozen times a day. The closest fix appears to be
Base Article 816972. Does anybody know where to go for the
Fix or how to fix this issue?

I to am having similar problems. I upgraded my Win2K Terminal Server to SP4 and since then, I have high utilization on the print spooler. Microsoft has the following article that did not help, Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 822834. If you have not upgraded to SP4, I would test it. Sorry I can't help.
