I have a very long document in Word divided into chapters, each with a
separate tables of contents and pages that are separately page numbered.
When I select a few pages to reprint from a specific chapter, neither the
page numbers nor footnotes print. Following making corrections in a chapter,
how can I reprint the chapter or a few papges (without doing it manually from
the Print View Screen) and get all the text as well as footer, including the
correct page nos.
