Print problem

Printer: HP deskjet 970cxi

Printer will not print full copy.

Prints top of page, and, ejects paper.

Same problem with all programs.

I have checked for most current drivers, and have
installed the latest driver.

Help?

Ah but when you unisntalled, did you do it correctly? Follow the
instructions at:

http://www.coribright.com/windows/Article One.htm

Be sure not to miss out Step 4 or XP will just reload the corrupted drivers.
