Print message only

How to I print the message part of an email.
I do not want to print the From:,To,Cc, Subject.
 
If it's an HTML formatted message, select the body of the message (or that
portion you're interested in printing) and choose File > Print >
Selection > OK

If it's plain text, hit Reply, change the format to HTML, make a selection
and finally do your File > Print > Selection > OK. Then close without
saving changes.

The only way to do that is to copy the text and paste it somewhere like Word or Notepad and print it from there
