Print Issues

I have been having a printing issue on one machine in my business network.
When I print in any application, Word, Outlook, Notepad, QuickBooks, etc. it
fails. I have cleaned Spool Services and reinstalled the printers and I have
also uninstalled both QuickBooks and Office and I still have the same
problem. When I view the data in the report on the error it gives me a mod
error sr32.dll. I have started the machine in safe mode and ran a virus scan
and it is clean.

Does anyone have any suggestions just short of me wiping the machine and
reinstalling everything.

Did you shut down the computer and the printer, unplug the printer cable,
turn off the power, plug the cable back in after 5 minutes or so, turn the
power back on and then try again?
Has worked for me in the past.
