After SP2 gets installed on a few of our systems, Print capturing fails to
work. Any ideas?
The documents just get stuck in Que and this following errors occur (System
event log).
Document failed to print due to GDI/Driver error in rendering.
Then immediatly this one;
The description for Event ID ( 6161 ) in Source ( Print ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be
able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and
Support for details. The following information is part of the event:
Microsoft Outlook - Memo Style, USERNAME, HP LaserJet 2300 Series PCL 5e, NT
EMF 1.008, 65536, 0, 1, 0, \\COMPUTER, 2 (0x2), .
