Print Errors

I get an error message when printing emails from
Outlook. The error reads:
This job cannot print because its header is not in the
printer. please return to the driver's dialog box, mark
the header as not in the printer and print again.

All other programs print fine.

If all other applications work correctly, then I'd ask the Outlook gurus in

microsoft.public.outlook.general

Prob: 'Unable to add the per machine printer connection.
Access is denied'

I get above err msg when try to install printer for
multiple user using command 'rundll32
printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /gd /n\\C1\P1'.

pls help!!
