Print Dialogue Box

When I try to print photos the print dialogue box is in Spanish. I have
tried the printers user manual and cannot find anything there solve the
problem. Can someone help me?
My printer is an OKI c5200
 
Uninstall and reinstall your printer and get a new software package from the
Oki website. You appear to have accidentally downloaded a Spanish language
version.
 
Ok. I tried this. I even made sure to pick the English version and I am
still having the same problem.
I guess maybe I should send an email to OKI support. Thanks for trying to
help me though.
