To keep printed records I'm required to print each email sent and recieved
from each individual person. I can print all of the emails of course, or I
can sort through thousands and thousands of emails and highlight the ones I
have not printed yet as time goes on after exhausting 100+ hours highlighting
each 'new' email to/from each individual -- or there could be a 'print date
range' feature for recipients and senders (to me) only for the dates
remaining in the year. No, I cannot wait until the end of the year. I have
to do this at least quarterly and do not want to reprint the thousands of
pages each quarter. The answer is a function that allows you to not only
sort the emails by sender/recipient, but to add the feature of sorting by a
DATE RANGE.

Have you tried using advanced find?
