print column titles

How do you print a document that has your headings on
each page. For example I have
A1 A2 A3
Name Address Phone

How do I get my titles (name, address, phone) to print on
each page and not just on the first?

gbrimley, go to file page setup, sheet and columns to repeat at right and
put $A:$A, or just click in column A
