Print Titles

I am trying to put the column headings at the top of each page of a
spreadsheet.

I've tried doing this via 'Print Preview' and 'Page Layout' 'Print Titles'.
In both cases the dialogue box won't accept any input.

I'm using Excel 2007 - Home & Student Edition.

Any suggestions.

Regards,

Robin

Going to Page Setup from Print Preview does not give you access to the
Print Titles field; you can only get there by using File/Page Setup.

Only problem is, there is NO File/Page Setup function in Excel 2007...

I've been looking through Excel 2007 and its help resources and can't find
anything that provides a solution to this problem.

Got it!

Robin, you need to define your print range first. Select the range you want
to print, then click Print Area - Set Print Area on the Page Layout tab (in
the Page Setup area). Once you do that, click the Print Titles button in the
same area; the buttons to set the titles will no longer be greyed out.

Enjoy!
