Print All or Page Range doesn't show up in Print menu in Outlook 2

In Outlook 2007, when I go to File...Print or hit Control+P on an email, I
used to have a little section below Print Styles that let me pick Print All
or Page Range, for how much of the email to print. For some reason that
section no longer shows up. How do I get that back?

That option didn't exist in Outlook 2007 yet when it got released. When you
install Office 2007 Service Pack 2, you'll get that option back.
