Print All Messages as One File

Hi.

I’m trying to capture multiple e-mails (over 27,000) from Outlook 2003 into
one ASCII text file. If I print to Adobe Acrobat, I can easily copy from
there into a text file, but my problem is this: when I select multiple
messages and then print, I have to enter a file name for each and every
message. Is there a way where I can select multiple messages and print
(either to Adobe or directly to a text file) as one continuous file without
page breaks?

Thanks

May I ask, as a retired Systems Accountant, why on EARTH you want to print
TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND EMAILS?
I can't even begin to think of a more useless and inefficient way of storing
that much data.....you'll be going back to punch cards next....

he did not say print to paper... he said print to acrobat. If he has
Acrobat 8 he can print multiple messages to one PDF using the Acrobat addin.
It's actually pretty nifty and everything is indexed so its easy to find.
I'm pretty sure its in Acrobat 7 (I should know, I own it too :)) but I
never used it in that version because of stability issues.

But he also mentioned a text file as well, an the only reason I can think of
for sending 27,000 emails to a text file, is to print it. I cannot for the
life of me understand why 27,000 emails should not be stored in a searchable
pst file....

I can think of one really big reason for wanting messages stored in an
alternative format - because if they are only stored in a pst then you can
only read it if you have outlook installed. He may want to store them on a
backup system or on a server accessible from the internet and be able to
view the messages from anywhere - and because the messages are stored as
text files, they can be searched with common search tools.
