print address path

I have 3 pc's
two with IE5 and ONE with IE6

When I print a webpage I want the address path and date to
be on the Footer of each printed page. On the two IE5
browser's I have no problem but on the IE6 Browser it
never includes a footer. I have checked all of the
settings and the only difference is the IEversion.

Any Suggestions?
