Print address book from selected contacts

I am wanting to select a number of contacts from my Contacts folder using
the Advanced Find and then print them out in an address book. The problem I
am encountering is that if I do this then the only printouts I am able to
select are Table Style and Memo Style.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
