I am trying to print a presentation that was saved as a web presentation (in
order to download it faster) - but I seem to be able to only print one slide
at a time. Is there a way to print the whole presentation?

If you know the url of the main presentation file, try opening it directly into
PPT (ie, File, Open, type in the URL)

Is there any way to print the entire presentation if you don't know the URL?

If you don't know the URL, how are you viewing it?

Whatever you typed into the browser's address bar... write that down.
Start Powerpoint and choose File, Open. Instead of trying to navigate to a file,
type in the url you just wrote down. PowerPoint should be able to open it.

The files are out on a college website. There is a large list of links to
various types of documents. When I click on the PPT presentation, it
automatically opens in slide show view and there is no URL displayed.

Look in the status bar of your browser or (at least in MSIE) rightclick the link, choose
Properties; the url will be there and you can select it and copy/paste into the
PowerPoint file open dialog box.

Steve, thanks for your suggestions but we are still at a loss. When we click
on the link to the presentation, it launches the presentation in full slide
show view. We are not able to see any URLs diplayed at either the top nor the
bottom of the IE browser window. When we close out of the presentation, a
smaller window appears with a URL. When we go to Properties and copy and
paste the URL into the PPT open dialog box, it only opens a PPT file with 1
slide in what appears to be a small amount of HTML code or some type. We are
using PPT 2000. The really confusing part is that a couple of days ago, we
opened a presentation from this same site and it automatically opened in PPT
so printing was not a problem - same PC. The other students in the class also
don't have any problems.

Don't click the link. Look at the status bar or rightclick/copy the link info while
you're hovering the cursor over the link.
