Haw can I print a document without having to back it up first?
ummm... open it in Word (or whatever program you're using; Access, the
subject of this newsgroup, doesn't use "documents") and print it.
What makes you think it must be backed up first?
You may have better luck scrolling down the list of programs in the
lower left of the screen and picking whatever program handles your
"documents".
