Print a Book Fold

Hi. I have Word 2002 and I am trying to get Manual Duplex
to work with a Book Fold document. I can print separate
front and back sheets correctly for the book fold if I
don't use the Manual Duplex print setting. However, when I
do set the Duplex Print option, the pages are all screwed
up.

Anyone know how to correct this? I sure need some help.

My initial experiences with Book Fold were so disappointing (especially
trying to print specific pages, since I frequently have to reprint corrected
pages) that I ended up going back to the manual method I used in Word 97
(see http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Formatting/BookletPrinting.htm). But if
you can print separate front and back sheets correctly, then at least you
can duplex them manually by printing the front, flipping, and printing the
back, right? FWIW, I don't think Book Fold was really intended for printing
duplexed booklets; what it does very well (at least as far as it does
anything well) is print single-sided sheets to be duplexed in printing or
copying.
