How can I print multi page report with 4 pages per sheet?

I want to duplex print an Access Report in book fold format 4 pages (3x4.5)
on 8.5x11 paper. The report pages created by Access are not in the proper
sequence for book fold printing. What is the easiest way to accomplish the
reorder without manual intervention (Cut/Paste)?

Get yourself some third-party print formatting software. In the past, I've
used ClickBook for Windows, from Blue Squirrel,
http://bluesquirrel.com/storefront.html. I was pleased with it, then, but it
didn't work with the Epson printer that I had later -- ClickBook said the
printer used Post-Script which was not supported. (I didn't pursue the
matter any further.) I haven't used recent versions, so don't have comments
about them.

I'm sure there are others, probably some shareware or freeware, too.

Clickbook is an outstanding choice. I use it all the time. It now supports
at least some PostScript printers, but since I don't use PostScript, I can't
tell you how many. I am currently using version 9.0, but 10.0 just came out
a month or so ago.

Clickbook allows reordering pages and saving print jobs, even from multiple
sources, so you can print Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as a single
print job. You can do duplex printing without a duplex printer since it will
print in the correct sequence and give you instructions on how to put the
paper back into the printer.
