PRF problem PST file location

Hello,
I am trying to change the PST file location to the homedrive of users on the
network with the use of a PRF file. The problem is that most of the time
these settings are not applied or that the folder is in compressible
encryption& Outlook 97-2000 format (this should be OL2003).
Any suggestions for solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

You can add a PST file using a PRF file, but you can't use a PRF to move an
existing PRF File. Can you show the relevant snippets of your PRF file?
