previous windows of outlook remain after click contacts or any oth

This situation not happens before, but now after I click contacts (or other)
in outlook, opens the new window (contacts) but returns to previous window
(inbound mail).

Does this behaviour continue if you open Outlook in safe mode?

Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe
