Please I need some help to make the index for the writers name in my web to
be as is

A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-X-Y-Z
So when I click on any letter like A it takes me to the page which has the
writers starts with letter A with their articles.

Same idea, put those links on each page, linking to the relevant page(s)

ie if you're on page 1 (there won't be any link to "1" becaue it is the
current page) but there will be for 2, 3, 4....etc.

Then on page 1 there won't be any "Previous"(again, "1" would be the current
page, unless "previous" link from one is really the "last" page as well as
the link labelled "Last".

There will be "Next" (which will be page 2; and on page 2, "Next" will be
page 3, previous will be page 1 etc).

To manually do this for all the pages in your site is the long winded (and
tedious) way of doing it. I'm sure there's some script out there somewhere
that will be able to generate all these links in an easy way.

What you want, is usually done with pages generated by dynamic content,
usually from a database.

Did you submit the same post as "Next page"? Which one was first the
Previous or the Next?
