Preview pane works fine but message body is just frozen screenshot

Hey all,
I think I've read all the items regarding this. I have Outlook 2007 SP1
running Windows XP Pro SP3. I have McAfee Security Center. All of my inbox as
well as saved messages show up fine in preview pane but when I open them I
get a window with all the right stuff regarding subject and sender but the
body of the message is just a screenshot of what was under the window when it
opened. This is affecting old and new messages. I disabled the email scanner
in McAfee and sent new test messages but that didn't help. I tried to fix the
..pst file using the microsoft program that came with Office. Nothing is
working. I'm looking for some ideas that I haven't found yet. Unfortunately,
the version of Office 2007 I got was from my company homeware program and so
Microsoft is not supporting it.

Quick followup, if I seelct all, copy and paste into notepad, it's all there.
