Preview not functioning in FP2003

I have just installed FP2003. When I created several
hyperlinked webpages and wanted to use the preview tab to
test them, it was not reponsing. I cannot even preview
the very page I created. I am a frequent user of FP2000
and FP2002 and both applications did not have this
problem. What is wrong? Also I cannot get the
the "control+link" to follow the link to the linked
pages. Is there a bug in FP2003?

Steve: It sounds like he can't get the preview tab to bring up the page to
begin with.
