An odd one I think
Have two computers networked at home.
Both have FP2003 recently installed ( per EULA )
both run win XP pro. SP 1
Both run In. EXP 6 ( 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633)
Office XP on both machines
On my desk top, when I preview my ( simple) FP2003 web, I get no response to
clicking a LOCAL link ( to another page in my disk based web) but can link
if I click a hyperlink to the web.
On my laptop - networked to share the SAME files/diskweb ( not
simultaneously!) the preview will follow the "local
" links without a problem.
I did install on the desk top first by about 24 hours.
I have done a Detect and repair on the desktop and reset all to default.
I did have FP2000 INSTALLED on the desktop before I upgraded ( not on the
laptop).
As Far as I am aware, I have installed all critical updates AND all Office
updates recommended on BOTH machines.
I haven't tried completely reinstalling FP2003 on the desktop yet - hoped
detect and repair would be sufficient.
Any suggestions?
NB I did install IIs server on the desktop when I had FP2000 and later
removed it via add/remove..
Thanks
Tim
