Preventing toolbar changes when opening someone else's spreadsheet

I receive spreadsheets from co-workers that use a different toolbar
arrangement (review toolbar, etc), and every time I open their spreadsheet,
close or save the sheet, and later reopen Excel, my template or spreadsheet
has adopted their layout.

Is there any way to keep or return to my toolbar configuration without
manually resetting (closing, and opening different toolbars)?

Any help greatly appreciated!

That reviewing toolbar is a curse. It is of absolutely no use to me, perhaps
it is to someone else.
The only way I know of to retain the toolbar settings is with code, but that
involves using code in every workbook which is almost as much as of a pain
as resetting the toolbars by hand. If anyone knows a way to do this I would
be gratefull as well as you!
