Preventing multiple instances of Outlook

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent a user from initiating multiple instances of
Outlook on a computer?

We have some add-ins that don't work with multiple instances and I want to
prevent users from starting second instances and than discovering that the
add-in doesn't work.

Use the /Recycle in the outlook startup parameters.
