Seems to me that if you assign the user a "Mandatory Profile" they won't
do it more than once... every time they start up, the desktop reverts to
it's original state, which you will predetermine when you set it up. My
understanding is that they might change things, like the wallpaper, but it
will go back to what you set it up as when they log back in.
