Prevent Comment deletion

Good day, i insert a comment automatically and want to prevent any
user from deleting this comment. Is this possible ? If so, any help
would be appreciated.

Added comments are locked by default, as is their contained text. This
protection only takes effect when the sheet is protected.
you can leave parts or all of the worksheet cells unlocked on a
protected worksheet if you want to allow input.
