It's supposed to go away from an uninstall:

Click Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
Scroll to Wind Updates and click Remove

If not use HijackThis, (www.tomcoyote,com/hjt) boot into
Safe Mode (F8) without networking, Scan only and check

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Preview AdService] C:\Program
Files\Preview AdService\PrevAdServ.exe

and press Fix Checked. Then remove the Preview AdService
folder in C:\Program Files\.

Finally run AntiSpy and have it do a full scan (with all
three options checked) while still in Safe Mode.

If it comes back when you reboot it may be reinstalled by
some other program. Use msconfig
(www.netsquirrel.com/msconfig) to stop programs from
loading until you find it.
