DELL Dimension 3000 XP Home add.
3 hard drives
1 DVD and proper cable for all.

I wud like for the WD 077 drive (has xp OS.) To be prime master.
Wud like for the WD xx drive to be 2nd master.
Wud like for the Usb drive to be slave.
DVD to be slave.

Boot sequence: DVD

What wud be the proper jumper and BIOS setup to accomplish the above??

What was the point of correctly spelling "would" once?

WD077 - jumpers to master, on primary channel.
WD xx drive - jumpers set to master, on secondary channel.
DVD - jumpers set to slave - either channel.

USB drive is just a USB drive.

BIOS - auto detect

Ask elsewhere

I spelled would correctly once to see if you were paying attention. :)

Sounds like you need to set WD 077 to Master-No Slave as per the
instructions. "Slave" designation for USB is nonsense.
