Presentations and netmeeting

Can anyone help ???

I have a Latitude D800 (widescreen) running Windows 2000.
In Netmeeting when I present a Powerpoint (2000-SP-3) presentation, other
viewers can only see part of the screen and need to scroll to see the missing
parts.
Have tried all usual display settings without success.
Presentation runs fine on any machine.
 
You'll need to set your PC to the same resolution as the viewing PCs before
you start NetMeeting. Typically 800x600 will work for everyone.

Click on Control Panel, Display, Settings and change the resolution to
800x600.
From your email, it sounds like you already did this, but before or after
you started NetMeeting?
