PRELOADED PROGRAMS

I purchased a new computer which has a program loaded
which is called supanet and appears every time i switch
on my PC. It is to get me to sign up for an ISP which I
do not wish. How do I remove this, I cannot see it in the
add/remove programs area.

You can disable any program on startup by using msconfig
Click start and go to run and type in msconfig and then
enter. You will see a tab called startup. All the
programs that start when your computer starts are listed
here. You can simply remove the checkmark next to the
entry that refers to supanet.
