If I do a custom scan and then subsequent custom scans, it seems to remember
the last folders selected and it is also honoring allowed items. Perhaps you
should ensure that you are at the correct WD maintenance levels (posted in
this forum)? Is there the possibility that you have excluded these folders
under Tools -> options?
