preAlgebra "Invalid Property Value"

The Multimedia ProOne Algebra CDs from Sofsource worked ok
on W98 and ME,:: but with XP I get a prompt that
says "Invalid Property Value"
The music plays, and the little Intoductory video; but
the text assignments cannot be accessed

Try contacting the maker of the software with that error message.
 
all my net searches for the manufacture come up dead
end... bankrupt maybe?
