Pre-configure outlook for new user logins

If several new users will be using the same machine, how
can I make it so they each don't have to configure
outlook to use the exchange server?

I know I can copy a profile to the default user profile,
but how do I get the username of the current user. I
tried using %username% but that didn't work.

Use a prf-file instead. Documentattion of the prf-file can be found in the
Office Resource Kit.

I'm looking for the same answers. I'll get them posted
if/when I find them
