PPwebCap.exe - unable tolocate component

Error msg.: Thsi application has failed tostart because
Ppwebcph.dll was not found. reinstalling the application
may fix this problem. Unsure as to which application.
 
This software is part of the Visioneer Scansoft package
that comes bundled with PaperPort scanners. Usually the
best thing to do is reinstall the whole software package,
then uninstall whatever you don't want from Control
Panel's Add/Remove Programs applet.
