PPTP Repair (WAN Miniport driver doesn't load)

I just restored a backup to Windows XP Pro. Everything
seems fine except my pptp connections have been switched
to Infrared port and none of my Wan miniport drivers are
loading. I know Microsoft has a small program to fix this
but I can't remember the name of it.
