ppt2002, change clip art defaults in Content Layouts?

Greetings,

I would like to change the Clip Art search option
defaults, so that when searching, the Web Collections are
NOT included by default.
I thought I'd be OK just by UNchecking the 'Web
Collections' item in Search Options, but here's the thing:

In Powerpoint 2002: Insert New Slide, select a Content
Layout, click on the small Insert Clip Art icon. Any
search I do includes the Web Collections, and takes too
long. This is a school, and the faculty don't have time
to wait for web searches. How do I turn off that setting
so, by default, the web is NOT searched?

Well, I've been through the clip organizer help files, and I've poked
around in Google Groups, but I still have no idea how to disable
searching the web collections by default.

You might try asking this in the design.gallery newsgroup.
