I need to send a link for PPT viewer to prospects that don't have PPT so that
they can view a PPS demo. How do I create such a link? Also, when I save my
presentation, I can't seem to get the optional prompt to 'Save As' a pps.

Choose File, Save As.
Click the downward-pointing arrrow in the "Save as type" listbox.
Scroll down to "PowerPoint Show (*.PPS)
