I can assure you, Steve, this is not a SPAM......... ha ha ha.
Finally took a 8.95 MB pps and turned it into a 298 KB of PFCMedia
compressed pps, and I had to go around the world to achieve that.
1. Use PresenterSoft to turn a 8.95 MB ppt into a 321 MB of WMV video. It
took quite a while.
2. Open a new ppt, insert the video, click PFCMedia under Insert tab.
3. SAve As
4.Voila !

My apology. I tried it after being compressed by PFCMedia and it worked, but
it stopped working when it's mailed out.
I mailed it to myself, it did not work.

Maybe you can convert the big presentation to SWF format it smaller.

The video was probably linked, which broke when you emailed it (typical
PowerPoint stuff). Don't worry about Steve's teeth, it WAS too good to be
true.

In doing the math (number of pixels, pictures, etc) I think about 9 megs is
the lowest you can go without losing picture resolution on projection. If
you are willing to sacrifice some picture quality to reduce size, there are
some tricks you can do manually. By reducing the number of colors on the
palette, over-optimizing the jpgs, etc.; you may be able to cut the file
size down to about 1/3 of its current size.

Otherwise, your best bet may be one of the large file send websites (2 have
been named so far).

Yes, that was the first conclusion that came to my mind.
Then, I noticed there was a " conversion log " for each conversion, no more
than 25 KB. So, I included it with the attachment and mailed it to myself.
At first it played, then next time, nothing.
I thought I was on the right track.
