PPT to MOV with Cue Points

I want to Convert a PPT to an MOV which works fine and then I embed the MOV
into a flash interface. My problem is that I need to have cue points embedded
into the MOV file and i was wondering if there is a way for Powerpoint to
embed each slide as a cue point. It seems Flash has a limit on the number of
cue points and some of the presentations are 60-70 slides long...
